A private mixology class at the counter of a historic café from 1889.
An experience designed for cocktail enthusiasts as well as for those wishing to approach mixology in an original, guided way. It can be enjoyed as a couple or in a small group of up to four people, making it the perfect gift or the ideal opportunity to spend an engaging and memorable evening.
Three hours immersed in the art of mixology, guided by the passion and expertise of our bartender.
During the evening:
- Tasting of three fine spirits with stories and curiosities about their origins
- Mixing techniques and tips for creating perfect cocktails at home
- Delicious finger food selected to accompany the experience
- A final tailor-made drink, crafted to your taste

- Choose a Wednesday — our closing day, when we’ll open just for you
- Choose the time that suits you best
- Choose your favorite spirit: vermouth, gin, or whisky
- Choose whether to share the experience — minimum 2 people, maximum 4

Merenda Reale
A sweet experience celebrating Turin’s royal tradition, featuring:
- Our selection of traditional dry biscuits made from 19th-century recipes and artisanal gianduiotto
- The bicerin, a historic Piedmontese beverage made with hot chocolate, milk cream, coffee, and whipped cream
